Return and Refund Policy

If you would like a refund for an item you received, please contact us at ununderstoood@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Beyond these 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

However, if the error comes from our part (sending the wrong size or wrong item, etc.), we will take care of the refund or exchange according to your choice.


Please note that items that have been worn, washed, damaged or have been removed from the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be considered. This includes packages that have been opened. Exchanges can only be made for like items. We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met upon inspection.


Returned orders cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged for the correct size.
Additionally, we do not cover return or exchange costs.
When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once an order has been placed we are unable to change it for security reasons so please ensure all details are correct.

In some cases, a gift card may be offered as a replacement.
